Working with the communities where we develop is fundamental to St Joseph. We are dedicated to consulting on our proposals through the planning process, and keeping people up to date throughout construction, encouraging local employment and training opportunities.

Considerate Constructors

St Joseph are a member of Considerate Constructors and take all measures to lessen the impact of construction on our neighbours, including working to the approved Construction Management Plan. We are dedicated to consulting on our proposals through the planning process, and keeping the community up to date throughout construction.

Regular project updates will be produced by the Hertford Locks team to keep the community up to date on works that might impact the local area. Once on-site, we will provide an update on the dedicated point of contact who will be based on-site, to handle any enquiries residents might have about the construction.
